About this fair
As one of the leading international automotive trade fairs Auto Shanghai offers an excellent platform to car makers and automotive suppliers for the presentation of new technologies and products as well as for the exchange of information and the establishment of new business contacts. Since its launch in 1985 Auto Shanghai has developed into the most important trade fair for the automotive industry in Asia, each time recording increasing numbers of exhibitors and visitors. In 2025, over 1,000 exhibitors from 26 countries and regions presented their products and services on an area of 360,000 square metres. Over a million visitors used Auto Shanghai as a platform for exchange and for establishing important business contacts.
